Things that happened to Sammesh because of failed rolls:

* possessed by spirit who used his body to buy sex in a brothel
* no treasure from spirit, just a map to treasure
* could not convince brothel madame to return staff in return for future summoning services
* knight who traveled with Samm to the barrow hated him and when he told her about his brothel possession she spread it around and brought about a new reputation: Whoremonger 1D. That failed circles roll doesn’t feel quite done just yet as if that Enmity Clause isn’t done baking maybe.
