In related news, Burning Sands: Jihad and Fire & Blood: a tale of two orcs both rocked out in the past few days.
Last night’s orc game over skype felt pretty damned tight. Double-dealing with a dragon, cutting deals with the dwarves, getting a new horde for the Named. Good stuff.
I’m not sure what this is but here’s the thread where I’m chewing on it.
This is surely from re-reading Perdido Street Station while looking over Sorcerer’s Soul. I see trains and factories and rules for summoning Satan and God with brutal politicking between each church and defection and flintlock pistols.
We’re using a slightly modified Spirit of the Century to play a noir fantasy cop game in Eberron. I’m pleased because I get to play a Githyanki who ran from the Liche-Queen.
Wow, I’m hooked.

I can’t wait to have time to give it a listen.
On one hand it is Chris’ first published game effort and I’m excited for him as a fellow gamer and peer and online buddy.
On the other hand, its a competitive game about (correct me if I’m wrong, Chris) hunting monsters and gaining power by getting tattoos with the beast’s blood as the ink. And Fred’s doing the layout.
